Accessibility statement
Last updated: October 10, 2026
Anchor2X is made for neurodivergent adults, so being calm, clear and usable by everyone is the point of the site, not an extra. This page says what we have done, what we know is not right yet, and how to tell us when something gets in your way.
The standard we aim for
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. The site has not yet had an independent accessibility audit, so we do not claim full conformance.
What we have built in
- Nothing moves, flashes, plays sound or starts by itself.
- One clear step per screen, with your progress shown, and you can stop and come back later.
- Plain language, short sentences, and no time limits on filling in forms.
- Large text in Atkinson Hyperlegible, a typeface designed for readability.
- Colours chosen so text has a contrast ratio of at least 4.5 to 1 against its background.
- Everything works with a keyboard, and the item in focus always has a visible outline.
- A “Skip to main content” link at the top of every page.
- Headings, labels, form hints and error messages written so screen readers can announce them.
- Buttons, form controls and main navigation links at least 44 pixels tall, so they are easy to tap.
- Pages reflow to a single column on a phone or when zoomed in, without sideways scrolling.
- Meaning is never carried by colour alone.
What we know falls short
- The ID check is run by Didit on its own pages. It asks you to photograph your ID, and possibly your face, which can be hard with some visual or motor disabilities. If you get stuck, write to us and we will help you through it.
- Payment is handled on Stripe's pages, which we do not control.
- Sessions happen on Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams. Their accessibility, including captions, depends on those services.
- The site works with browser zoom, but some text sizes are fixed and it does not yet offer a dark theme.
- Links inside sentences and in the page footer are smaller than 44 pixels tall.
- The site is available in English only.
- It has not yet been tested by an independent auditor or with a panel of assistive technology users.
How we check it
We build each screen against the WCAG 2.2 AA criteria and test the main journeys ourselves with a keyboard, at phone and desktop sizes. We review this statement whenever the site changes in a way that affects it.
Tell us about a problem
If any part of Anchor2X is hard for you to use, or you need something in a different format, write to hello@anchor2x.com. It helps if you tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and the device or assistive technology you use.
We aim to reply within 5 business days, and to tell you what we will do and when.
